AOV = Total Revenue / Number of Orders
Your AOV shows how much customers spend on average per transaction.
Example:
Your store last month:
Total revenue: $15,000
Total orders: 300
Target AOV: $60
Current AOV = $15,000 / 300 = $50
To reach $60 AOV = $60 × 300 = $18,000
Revenue increase needed = $18,000 - $15,000 = $3,000
Percentage increase = ($3,000 / $15,000) × 100 = 20%
